Who it's for

Support is a service whose knowledge of your setup comes from your MindDX journey: your discovery and design records are at the support team's fingertips, so you never explain from scratch. Scope covers usage questions, configuration fixes, issue tracking and small improvement requests. Response and resolution targets are defined in your support agreement; larger developments outside the scope are quoted separately.

Typical situations

  • Companies already live that want their system kept running and improving — used by Odoo and abas customers today, Zoho consultant-guided on request
  • Support agreement: those who want the contracted service of a team that knows their setup and MindDX records
  • Support Copilot: platform customers who want self-service answers from the knowledge base of the product they bought

The problems you're facing now

You've gone live, but:

  • Small issues pile up — the “who do we ask?” uncertainty slows work down.
  • No one knows your setup — generic support doesn't know your specific configuration; you explain it every time.
  • The system doesn't evolve — new versions and improvements go untracked.
  • Knowledge sits with one person — if they're away, so is support.

How it works

How we solve it: support that knows your setup

Support works with a team that knows your system and processes after go-live, taking on day-to-day questions, small improvements and version tracking. Odoo and abas customers use it actively today; Zoho on request.

The goal isn't just to keep the system up but to keep it working and improving — so the transformation keeps producing value after go-live.

Which systems is it offered for?

Odoo, Zoho, abas ERP

Scope varies by system; the detail below is written per system.

What does it do per product?

This module's product-level narrative is written for three systems — content and deliverables adapt to the product you choose. For Pipedrive and Freshworks, see the scope on the solution pages:

Odoo ERP

After go-live your questions are answered in Odoo context: the assistant works on an Odoo knowledge base, guiding with screen and module names; unresolved topics escalate to a consultant.

Zoho

Support content is organised per Zoho app: CRM, Campaigns and Desk questions are answered from their own knowledge bases, with guidance matching your edition.

Zoho solution page →

abas ERP

abas users' questions are answered from a manufacturing-focused knowledge base; abas-specific concepts (production orders, planning) are handled in their own terminology.

FAQ

Which systems do you support?
Today our Odoo and abas ERP customers actively use Support. For Zoho we plan consultant-guided support on request — write to us.
Do I need to be a MindDX customer to get support?
No; but the best experience comes from the MindDX journey (your records are ready). Starting with a Audit of your current setup gives the support team a solid baseline.
What is the Support Copilot, and how does it differ from a support agreement?
The Copilot answers inside the platform from the knowledge base of the product you bought; it opens no tickets, takes no action on your behalf and points to a support agreement when the knowledge base runs out. A support agreement is the contracted service of a team that knows your setup. The Copilot is priced yearly and per product: two products need two licences.
Who is Support for?
For firms that have gone live and want to keep their system working and improving. Odoo and abas customers use it today; Zoho on request.
Is there a response-time commitment?
Scope, priorities and response targets are set together in the service agreement; no fixed percentage or time is promised on this page.
