For Odoo a ready-made event-log extractor exists (order-to-cash and procure-to-pay): the process x-ray runs directly on your Odoo data with no extra preparation.

For Zoho, sales and support process flows are transferred via our standard log template (CSV) and analysed; template fill quality is measured beforehand with the free readiness test.

Do I need to buy separate software or a licence to use this?
No. For a one-time x-ray the analysis runs in MindDX's workspace and you receive a consultant-annotated report; you don't need to buy a separate platform licence. For continuous monitoring, a dedicated workspace is opened; details are agreed with your consultant.
Is anything installed on our system? Does our data change?
No. The event log is extracted with read-only queries; nothing is installed and no data is modified. Employee names can be pseudonymized on request.
What is process mining?
A method that reconstructs how processes actually run from the event logs in your systems — showing the real flow, not the designed one.
Do I need to buy a license for this?
No. MindDX Process is a one-time, consultant-delivered analysis; it runs in the MindDX environment, so you don't need to buy a license.
