How does pricing work?
Credit-based reselling: you buy Smarty modules as wholesale credits at a partner (discounted) price, tiered by volume. You set the price you charge the client. Apply for your tailored partner pricing.
What price do I charge the client?
Entirely your decision. You add any margin on top of your credit cost and sell with your own price list. Pricing freedom and margin stay with you.
Can I add my own consulting?
Yes, we encourage it. Smarty produces the measurement and blueprint; you add implementation, setup and consulting at any scope for a second revenue layer.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. The contract, billing and relationship with the client are the partner's; Smarty stays behind as the engine. You can keep Smarty in the background and deliver under your own brand.
Which systems are covered?
Odoo ERP (v19), Zoho CRM and abas ERP. Each ecosystem has its own partner page and content; product-specific discovery and maturity outputs are produced.
What about report quality and assurance?
Measurement reports (DMI and Checkup) are reviewed by an expert consultant before delivery — supervised AI. You give your client a controlled, confidence-scored deliverable, not raw LLM output.
Where is our and the client's data stored?
Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) and processed with GDPR-compliant mechanisms. The discovery phase can proceed without touching the client's live system.
