About the partner program
Is Smarty DMI really independent of any system?
Yes. DMI is a maturity measurement tool; it doesn't connect to a specific ERP. Your client may run Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Zoho, abas — or no system yet — and the 8-dimension maturity assessment still applies.
Do I need to be an ERP expert?
No. Smarty produces the measurement and the assurance; what's expected of you is to interpret the result in your client's business context and add the transformation/strategy advisory. No technical setup; the certification teaches the product and how to read the report.
Can I deliver the report under my own brand, white-label?
We don't offer white-label. The report carries the Smarty brand; you add your own consulting and brand on top as a «Smarty Certified Partner». The client relationship, price and delivery stay yours; the value is the expertise you layer on a supervised measurement.
How does the report's quality assurance work?
The DMI report is reviewed by an expert consultant before release — supervised AI. In Türkiye this review is performed by MindDX/DDX experts. Your client receives a confidence-scored, reviewed deliverable, not raw LLM output.
What about pricing and the starter package?
You buy DMI as credits at a partner (wholesale) price and offer it to your client at your own price. Every new partner starts with «Smarty Partner Starter»: a starting credit balance + 1 certification. Figures are set for you and shared after application — no binding price is published here.
Where is client and project data stored?
Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) and processed in line with GDPR. DMI is questionnaire-based; the assessment proceeds without connecting to the client's live system.
