Assess is a fixed fee. The next step's price is built on validated scope: no number is given before what you get is written down. The other products' price and purchase channel are settled in the conversation; amounts are in EUR and exclude VAT.

Two delivery models: a support team that knows your setup, with the scope written into your agreement; and the Support Copilot, answering self-service from the knowledge base of the system you bought. The Copilot knows which product it is from your purchase rather than guessing it from your message, and when the knowledge base cannot answer, it does not invent one.
Checkup, Discover, Audit, Design and Train are not products sold on their own; they are delivered inside Assess and Implement. Their scope is on their own pages.
How is implementation priced? Measurement and design work is priced as a fixed, scoped delivery. Implementation labour is planned per scope — the scope is fixed with evidence in Discover, and the quote rests on that evidence. No surprise man-day invoices.
The digital maturity assessment (Checkup) is software-independent. The rest of the scope is settled against your system; solution pages for Odoo, Zoho, abas, Pipedrive and Freshworks are under Solutions. The Process X-ray can currently be purchased only for Odoo. For corporate/multi-company needs, write to us. If you have a coupon code, you can apply it on the purchase page.

At checkout you choose «self-service» or «consultant support». That choice decides who runs the SETUP: in self-service your team proceeds with guides and pushes to your own system with preview + approval; with consultant support a MindDX consultant runs the process. Report assurance follows the delivery model above and is independent of this choice.

How much does ERP discovery and analysis consulting cost?
Each module's price is fixed once its scope is written down — no man-day surprises. Payment is by credit card or bank transfer; a corporate invoice is issued at checkout.
Are reports checked by a human consultant?
Checkup and Audit reports are reviewed by an expert consultant before delivery — supervised AI. Discover (scope/blueprint) outputs proceed self-service with your own team; add consultant support and a consultant reviews them too.
If I complete one module, does my investment count toward the next step?
We assess this case by case and do not commit to a discount in advance. If you are considering the next step, we discuss it together at the proposal stage.
Are the reports valid for government grant applications?
The MindDX report provides structured analysis and inputs that can be used in grant and funding applications, reviewed by our expert consultants. It does not replace an official assessment and does not guarantee eligibility or approval.
