Smarty DMI — How to Use

What you'll accomplish

By the end of this guide you will have completed your digital maturity assessment on your own and downloaded your scored report (about 45-60 minutes).

Before you start

• The login link e-mailed to you after purchase
• A respondent who knows the company broadly (GM, IT or operations lead)

Step by step

1. Log in
   Click the 'Open Session' link in your e-mail — no password needed; the link is personal.
2. Start the assessment
   Dimensions (strategy, process, technology, people…) open in order. For each question pick the option that reflects your CURRENT state — what is, not what should be.
3. Pause and resume anytime
   Answers save automatically; return with the same link and continue where you left off.
4. Complete and open the report
   Once the last question is answered, the report is prepared in a few minutes — you'll see live progress. Your overall DMI score, dimension breakdown and priority actions are inside.
5. Download the PDF and share
   Download via the PDF button; use it in management presentations. If you purchased consultant support, your consultant reviews the report and adds an approval note.
