Smarty Discover — How to Use

What you'll accomplish

By the end of this guide you will have completed the department discovery chats and downloaded your scope report.

Complete the company profile
The first chat learns your company: sector, headcount, current systems. These answers determine which departments will be discovered.
Run the department chats
Pick a department from the left menu; the AI discovers its processes with structured questions. Best answered by the person who runs the process — you can attach files and screenshots too.
Open the scope report
When first-layer questions are done for all departments, the 'Scope Report' button activates. On wide screens the report opens in a side panel; you can download the PDF.
(If purchased) Continue to deep-dive
If the Deep-Dive package is active, second-layer technical workshops start in the same screen; the gap-fit matrix and blueprint are produced at the end.

Do I need to grant system access during discovery?

No. Discovery runs entirely on conversation — your data is never touched.

Can I finish a department later?

Yes, each chat resumes where it left off; the report is produced when all are done.
