Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for digital services

• Before report production starts: you may cancel your order; the amount paid is refunded in full.
• After production starts: once your assessment/discovery session is started, performance of the service is deemed to have begun. For digital services whose performance begins with your consent, the statutory withdrawal right is subject to the exceptions provided by law; if you nevertheless believe an unreasonable outcome occurred, write to us — we assess every request individually.
• Material error in a delivered report: corrected free of charge.

Bank-transfer orders

If a bank-transfer order is cancelled before the receipt is confirmed and no payment was collected, nothing is owed; if payment was collected, the rules above apply.

How to apply

Send refund and cancellation requests with your order number to info@minddx.ai. Requests are resolved within 14 days at the latest and refunds are made to your payment method.
