Smarty Process — How to Use

What you'll accomplish

By the end of this guide you will have taken a process 'x-ray' from your event log and received your before/after transformation scorecard.

Before you start

  • Free readiness test: /pm-hazirlik (is your data x-ray ready?)

Step by step

  1. Run the readiness test
    /pm-hazirlik scores your event log adequacy with a few questions.
  2. Extract the event log
    If you run Odoo, our ready extraction templates produce the log for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows; your IT team runs them.
  3. Review the x-ray and scorecard
    Process variants, bottlenecks and the transformation scorecard (T0/T1 comparison) are reported.
