Service

Smarty is an AI-assisted, expert-reviewed transformation service consisting of the DMI (maturity assessment), Discover, Checkup, Design and Train modules. The current scope and status of each module is published in the coverage matrix.

Accounts and access

Access links are personal; the user is responsible for consequences of sharing them. MindDX may suspend access in case of abuse.

Nature of the outputs

Reports are analysis documents drafted by AI and reviewed by expert consultants; they constitute professional opinion and do not replace an official assessment, audit or legal advice. Final business decisions rest with the customer.

Intellectual property

The platform, methodology and question sets belong to MindDX. Customers may freely use the delivered reports internally.

Limitation of liability

MindDX's liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant module; no liability is accepted for indirect damages (mandatory provisions reserved).

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
