Security Overview

Hosting: application database in the EU (Frankfurt); traffic encrypted with TLS.
Access control: role-based access (admin / consultant / customer); access links are signed and unguessable.
Tenant isolation: data is separated per customer (tenant); one customer's data is never shown to another.
Payments: we never store card data; payment is processed on the provider's secure page and verified server-side.
Backups: the database provider's automated backup mechanisms are used.
Deletion: upon request your data is deleted, subject to legal obligations.
