We already use Odoo — what does Smarty add for us?

We already have a digital maturity report from another provider — can it be used?

How can I trust AI-generated reports?
Smarty works on a 'supervised AI' principle: assessment scores are computed with a transparent, repeatable method, and reports are checked and approved by our experienced consultants. Speed from AI, accountability from humans.
Is our data safe? (GDPR)
Your data is used only for your assessment and the production of your report; it is not sold and not shared for independent marketing purposes. Authorized subprocessors used to deliver the service (hosting, email, payments, AI) operate under data processing agreements; our database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Details: the Privacy page.
How does pricing work?
Our prices are transparent and published on our website — no surprise costs. You can buy modules individually as you need them, paying by credit card or bank transfer. Where a corporate quote is needed, your consultant is at your side.
What if your recommendation is not a product you sell?
You still get the report — we don't sell software, we sell measurement. The assessment fee does not depend on you buying design or setup; if the report says "stay on your current system", it says so plainly. Our setup and design steps are available today for Odoo ERP, Zoho CRM and abas ERP; if the recommendation falls outside them, you can take your report to any provider you choose.
