How do we use AI?

Drafts of your reports are produced with large language models (Anthropic Claude; OpenAI embeddings for search). Before delivery, drafts pass process rules and expert consultant review — "AI accelerates, experts approve".

Is your data used to train models?

No. We do not train our own models on customer data. The AI providers' API services we use also do not use your data to train their models by default.

What data reaches the AI?

The assessment answers, discovery content and company context required to produce your report are transmitted via API for inference and processed under the provider's data processing agreement. Card/payment data is never sent to an AI provider.

Human oversight

Paid reports pass expert consultant review; critical actions (e.g. pushing settings to your system) are never applied without preview and human approval.
